A Swiss Life (UK) Group Plc Company, Interact Health Management has over 25 years experience in Occupational Health. With offices located in Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool, London and Reading, they are able to provide occupational health solutions to businesses throughout the UK.
InForm designed and developed a Responsive Umbraco CMS website for Interact which was coded around the Twitter Bootstrap Framework. The site could be updated by staff at Interact using Microsoft Word, a product that were very comfortable at using.
The Hospital Saving Association (HSA) is Britain’s Number One Family Health Care Cash Plan provider. Established in 1922, the HSA was formed with the primary aim of saving hospitals from closure, and helping people with the cost of being in hospital. The HSA is a charitable trust that is non-profit making. It has just over 3 million UK members and virtually all the members contributions are paid out in cash benefits.

Read MoreOn their aquisition of Fuba Communications Systems GmbH (FCS), General Instrument Corporation in the US approached InForm to design and develop a European website for this leading German Cable & Satellite TV equipment manufacturer. At the time, we had just launched a website for General Instrument Europe which had received excellent reviews in the Cable and Satellite Industry press and hence the reason we were approached by this Global Corporation. The aim of the site was to integrate the GI Branding into the European Fuba site. The site was hand coded in HTML and had five language variants (English, German, French, Spanish and Italian).
Read MoreWhen we started working with Flexcrete, they were facing a number of marketing issues. There were no Brand Guidelines in place which in turn meant there was no consistency in branding across product literature and related marketing material. The Brand styling was dated and their existing website was out of date and based on technology that wasn’t compatible with mobile and tablet browsing. At the same time, Flexcrete was expanding rapidly and bringing new products to market.
The first thing InForm did was to work with the Directors and implement Branding Guidelines. We developed templates for all Marketing Literature and scrapped in-house colour laser printing in favour of low cost commercial printing, a move which saved both time and money. We implemented a Marketing Strategy based on a more Customer Centric approach. We achieved this by devising a simple colour coding system relating to the market sectors within which the Flexcrete Products are sold. This colour coding system was then reflected in the website right through to all product literature.
InForm acted as a web agency for FCM Group, developing a bilingual website with language selection automated by IP address location. The project rapidly expanded to cover the entire online and offline marketing operation. The work included Marketing Strategy, rebranding, service factsheets, e-newsletter design and copywriting. We also developed an Adwords Campaign to run alongside organic search engine optimisation.

The website was hand coded in HTML and was one of the first launched for this leading IT Services Company and for ourselves. The site went live in 1996 and even pre-dates Search Engines such as Google. Search Engine Optimisation hadn’t even come in to being at the time and the technical headache was one of loading graphics quickly over slow dial-up modems.
